NorthMarq Arranges Sunrise Medical Loan

LONGMONT, CO-The Denver regional office of NorthMarq Capital Inc. arranges $6.5 million in permanent financing for the 126,400-sf Sunrise Medical research & development building. The facility, constructed in 1996, is situated on 12.78 acres.

Greg Benjamin, senior vice president-senior director, Steve Bye, executive vice president-senior managing director, and Dominic Berntson, investment analyst of NorthMarq's Denver office, arranged the financing through one of NorthMarq's life correspondent lenders on behalf of the borrowing entity, West Mall Associates LLP.

Sunrise Medical is a manufacturer and marketer of medical products and assistance technology that address the recovery, rehabilitation and mobility needs of consumers in institutional and homecare settings. Sunrise Medical products are manufactured in North America, Europe and Asia.
