Specifically, the fund will target value-added investments in the office, industrial, retail, R&D and mixed-use categories. The program will be managed by Russell F. Warren and Anthony P. DiTommaso, who co-founded Ivy Equities in 1996. Raymond M. Nafash is the CFO and David G. Archibald is the CIO.

"The creation of this fund is a natural evolution of our strategy to create targeted investment vehicles for a select group of high net worth investors," says Warren, whose company has already amassed a portfolio of more than 40 properties in New Jersey, New York and Connecticut since its founding. "This real estate fund will reflect our core principles of being highly selective, focused and disciplined in our investment strategy."
