The deal was put together for the buyer by Joseph Sklencar Sr. and David Dolan, senior vice presidents, and Joseph Sklencar Jr., associate, of the Marlton, NJ office of Grubb & Ellis. No other brokers were involved in the transaction, according to Sklencar Sr., who declined to provide further details.
The properties that changed hands included three office buildings totaling 77,000 sf within the Eves Drive Office Park here. The fourth property was the Heritage Executive Building, a two-story, 41,000-sf office building located in Cherry Hill, NJ. The latter is a multi-tenant facility whose occupants include the American Real Estate Investment Institute, Team Builders Plus, and a shared office space component.
