The General Services Administration plans to move out of theirspace at the nearby Warren E. Berger Federal Building Tenants andCourthouse building while the space is being renovated.
The new tenants will occupy the entire seventh floor of 180 E.Fifth, as well as the remaining space on the sixth floor. GSA plansto move in this fall. The lease runs "several years," according toFrauenshuh officials. Other terms of the deal were notdisclosed.
