Ramco-Gershenson also declared a second quarter dividend of 59.4 cents per Series B cumulative redeemable preferred share and a second quarter dividend of 56.6 cents per Series C cumulative convertible preferred share, all payable on July 1. Agree declared a second quarter dividend of 49 cents per share, based on an annualized dividend of $1.96 per share. The dividend is payable July 14. Agree has a portfolio of 54 properties in 14 states.
