The pair had been working together for the past three years, according to Honour's founder Jeff Estep, who will head up the initiative from Atlanta. "It will allow us to have a single point of accountability and help us become more seamless," says Estep. Staff members in such areas as design management and space management have been added in locations where Newmark has existing offices. Estep founded Honour after a 16-year career with UPS, where he served as corporate materials management manager.
