CB Richard Ellis represented the ownership of Mount Arlington Corporate Park, a local partnership, with the firm's first VP Randy Eigen, VP Gregory Barkan and senior associate William O'Keefe handling the assignment. Storis was represented by Eric Laden of Cornerstone Real Estate Group, and by Tom Consiglio of Resource Realty. Terms of the signing were not released.
The signing brings 400 Valley Rd. past the 90% leased mark, with other tenants including Samsung, Telelogic and Rutgers University. The asset is one of three existing buildings and two additional building sites that comprise the park. 400 Valley Rd. has availabilities ranging from 2,500 to 8,400 sf, and availabilities of various size exist in the property's other buildings, according to Eigen.
