The tenant was represented by Frank Lopriore, senior vice president, and Nick Kim, vice president of Trammell Crow Co., which has its New Jersey offices in Florham Park. The owner of the industrial building, the Carlstadt-based Wilson Associates, was represented internally. Details of the signing were not disclosed.

"We have been experiencing growing demand for industrial product in the Northern New Jersey market," Lopriore says. "This transaction is a direct reflection of this trend." He says many companies continue to have warehouse and distribution requirements with access to New York City. "The Meadowlands market continues to be one of the most sought-after industrial markets in the region."

"We were able to achieve solutions for Grand Supercenter that enhanced bottom-line performance and eliminated the hidden inefficiencies in their operations," Kim says. "This transaction was in line with many other Asian companies that are using supply chain solutions to optimize business operations in the US, as well as worldwide."

The building at 300 Chubb Ave. has access to a number of highways, including the New Jersey Turnpike. Among its features are 25-foot ceiling heights, six exterior loading docks and one drive-in, according to Lopriore.
