Also known as Vaswani Place I, the nearly two-decade-oldbuilding at 10411 Motor City Dr. is home to a diverse list oftenants that includes Allstate Insurance, Gigabit, Jobin Realty,Plumsea Law Group and Professional Healthcare Resources. Balducci'swill make its home on the entire top floor of the five-storystructure. "After the acquisition and the arrival of newleadership, Balducci's was seeking larger space that couldaccommodate its growth, with aggressive economic terms," CB RichardEllis's Steve Silverberg says. "The building's proximity to I-495and I-270 made this location very attractive for the company andits needs."

Financial terms of Balducci's lease agreement with CB RichardEllis, which represents property owner Motor City Drive LLC, havenot been disclosed; however, space in the building is marketed forabout $26 per sf, according to commercial real estate data sourceBlack's Guide.
