In the largest lease, Plymouth Financial took 16,970 sf at 35 Airport Park in Hanover Twp., NJ. Cushman & Wakefield of NJ is the exclusive leasing agent for the 97,000-sf class B building. The signing brings the asset to 92% occupancy.

Also, Juvent, which currently occupies an 8,800-sf space at 500 Atrium Dr. here, has signed a lease for 12,663 sf at the adjacent 300 Atrium Dr., with C&W repping both sides. The Atrium Drive facilities have been the focus of a multi-million-dollar renovation scheduled for completion in September. Current availability at the 152,193-sf 300 Atrium Dr. is 94,359 sf.

And Core State Engineering has taken 4,292 sf at 379 Campus Dr. here. Cronheim Mortgage repped the tenant, while Jones Lang LaSalle's New Jersey office is the property's exclusive leasing agent. The building is 50% leased with 40,000 sf of contiguous space available. The adjacent 399 Campus Dr. is completely vacant, ready to accept tenants up to 120,000 sf.
