Kevin McKinnon and David Shapiro, of Transwestern, represented an affiliate of the Chicago-based company, in house. Kurt Holzkamp and Ed Bartlett of H. B. Real Estate Services LLC represented the buyer, SVN Equities LLC. SVN Equities has identified Denver as a key market for investments and is actively pursuing other opportunities. East by Southeast is its third property recently purchased in the Denver metropolitan area; a fourth is scheduled to close soon.
The company owns approximately five million sf nationwide. So far this year, Transwestern Commercial Services' Denver Asset Sales Group has brokered commercial properties valued at more than $210 million.
