LANSING, MI-The RJ Schinner Co. has signed a lease for 40,000 sf in the newly constructed facility at 3140 Spanish Oak Dr. within the Oakwood Executive Park in Delphi Township, near Lansing. CB Richard Ellis/Martin represented the new tenant in the transaction.
RJ Schinner Co., a Wisconsin-based redistribution company, was in search of space for its first Michigan location. "In a market that has been somewhat sluggish, it'srefreshing to see a new user come into Lansing," says Jeff Barnes, an associate at CB Richard Ellis/Martin who was involved in the transaction.
"Lansing's centralized location makes it an ideal home-base for companies with distribution needs that extend not only statewide, but throughout the Midwest." Schinner is the first tenant in the 100,000-sf building recently completed at the Oakwood Executive Park.
