BEDMINSTER, NJ-ING Clarion Partners has given the property management and leasing assignment for its Village at Bedminster shopping center to Levin Management Corp., a North Plainfield, NJ-based firm, according to Sara Queen, senior vice president of ING Clarion. The Village at Bedminster is a 110,000-sf community shopping center anchored by a Kings supermarket.

The shopping complex is part of the Hills, a planned community of some 5,200 residential units located along Routes 202/206 in this Somerset County community. National retail tenants at the center include CVS, Hallmark, PNC Bank, McDonald's, the UPS Store and GNC.

The center was recently acquired by a client of ING Clarion, which is acting as the owner's investment advisor. Levin also manages the 395,000-sf Riverhead Centre in Riverhead, NY for ING Clarion, and the assignment brings Levin's total portfolio to more than 11.5 million sf, with 5.6 million of that in New Jersey.
