Amenities include a relatively new clubhouse and other recent upgrades, according to Steve Rahe, who handled the transaction with fellow CB Richard Ellis apartment broker Craig Stack.
The property originally was built in 1965. Rahe and Stack found the buyer through the CB Richard Ellis national apartment database. This marks the second time that CB has sold the property.
