The owner of the building, Normandy Real Estate Partners of Morristown, NJ, acquired the then-vacant property early this year and has since signed several tenants to the renamed Parkway 120. CB Richard Ellis is Normandy's exclusive leasing agent for the 200,000-sf building.
TCC senior vice president Ken Flynn represented owner Eastman Management Corp. is a 13,386-sf lease extension signed by the law firm of McGivny & Kluger at 23 Vreeland Rd. in Florham Park, NJ. The terms of the various signings were not disclosed.
