The transaction was arranged for the tenant by senior vice president William Waxman, first vice president Gary Capetta, vice president Nicolas Nitti and associates Carrie Brown and Justin Stein of CB Richard Ellis. Sharing the tenant rep assignment was Sheila Sachs of the Carlstadt, NJ-based Team Resources. Hartz Mountain was represented in-house, and terms of the signing were not disclosed.
"We found, after much research, that a renewal at the current location was the best course of action for Team Logistics to take," Waxman says. "The facility offers the right combination of office, production, warehouse and shipping space."
Team Logistics, based in Collierville, TN, provides public warehousing and contract warehousing services to shippers and manufacturers. The company has facilities in some 15 states, and through its third-party members is represented in all 50 states.
