MANSFIELD, MA-Two warehouse leases at Mansfield's Cabot BusinessPark have filled 327,000 sf of the 5.5 million-sf mixed usecomplex. Vacancy rates are now at around 10%.

Mundelem, IL-based Medline Industries signed a three-year leasefor 204,000 sf of office space at 50 Hampden Rd. in a move thatconsolidates two of the company's offices, both formerly located atCabot Business Park, into one building. A seven-year lease byMilton's Trading Co./Gordon Logistics filled an additional 127,000sf at 305 Forbes Blvd. Terms of the leases were not disclosed, butrents for warehouse space in the park generally average around $5per sf triple net.
