The new campus sits next to the Platte River. The campus is comprised of seven buildings: A library/student center, a chapel/classroom facility and an administration center, as well as four apartment buildings with 93 student apartments. The cost includes $3 million for the property, $15.5 million for construction costs and fees for the campus, and $8 million for student housing. Denver Seminary is selling its current campus for $12.3 million.

Built in response to record student enrollments, the campus will accommodate up to 1,300 students and will allow for future expansion of academic programs, including programs for the non-traditional seminary students. It is close to C-470, which forms a loop around the west side of the city, connecting to the E-470 toll road, which provides access to the Denver International Airport, as well as Interstate 25. It is also close the southwest light rail station in Littleton.
