Michigan Apartment Complexes Change Hands

DETROIT-Hendricks & Partners close three deals around the state. The largest of the deals was the purchase of South Square by South Square Holt LLC of Lansing.

SJ Commercial Properties purchased the Boardwalk, located at 5716-5724 Richwood St., in Lansing. The 16-unit apartment community was sold for $480,000. The seller was a family real estate company from St. Johns. Blanton and Kevin Dillon, also of Hendricks & Partners, negotiated the transaction.

Lastly, GDI Properties Inc. of East Lansing purchased a 42-unit apartment community in Mason for an undisclosed amount. The Mason Townhomes, located at 101-605 N. Court in Mason was sold by a family-owned LLC from East Lansing. Blanton negotiated the transaction.
