Jeff Teets, who's been working with the company as a consultant,is taking on a newly created role, John Bacon of RED Developmenttells GlobeSt.com. Teets will oversee the day-to-day operations ofthe finance and accounting division plus serve on the leadershipteam for the firm, which is co-headquartered in Scottsdale andKansas City, MO. Among his duties is to establish new banking andfinancing relationships. Teets' role as a partner is to assist withretail development.
Since late 2004, Teets has been a retail real estate consultant.He previously was senior vice president of finance for SantaMonica, CA-based Macerich Co.'s Westcor Division. He was involvedin Macerich's acquisition of Westcor Partners in 2002.
