Fowler comes to WCB from the Eatontown, NJ-based Richter Organization, where he also held the title of vice president. He has recently represented such national and international tenants as eValue Technologies, Fastenal, Gunn Allen Financial, SRA International and Vollmer Associates. He was also leasing agent for K. Hovnanian's 115,000-sf office park in Eatontown.
Chiarella similarly comes over from Richter, where he was a vice president. He has recently worked with such clients as Ajilon, Envoy Technologies, NiftyNet, MMA Architects, Princeton E-com, Maden Tech and Biovid Corp.
