In another deal at the 20 Glover Ave. building, owned by Building and Land Technology, the United Way of Norwalk & Wilton is relocating its offices from Wilton to 3,140 sf of space on the third floor. Finally, Centerchem Inc., a chemical company, has expanded its presence by 3,000 sf. The firm, which offers raw materials for research for development to the cosmetic, food and pharmaceutical industries, will now occupy 12,000 sf at the building.
