To date, 11 lots have been sold in the park. The last tract is under contract, says Bob Deininger, a principal with Shea Commercial LLC. "There's a lot of growth here so demand for product has been in line with what we thought it would be," he says. The 13-condo park has one more available plus a pad site that could accommodate a 20,000-sf retail center.
Deininger tells GlobeSt.com that the shifter kart company plans to use the structure as the home base for a racing team as well as sales and service. A construction start is pending.Deininger represented the seller, locally based HV Devco LLC while Brad Cleaves of DeRito Partners Inc. bargained for the buyer of record, BEKA III LLC.
