"The teams at NAI Global and Gtech complement each other well," says Henry Goodfriend, NAI Global's vice president of corporate services. His firm will assist Gtech in the acquisition and disposition of warehouses the company uses for storage and repair, as well as data centers and office space, lease audits, real estate tax reviews and project management.
Besides Goodfriend, the NAI people involved in the contract include Ted Parcel, senior vice president of corporate services; Patricia Paczowski, senior account manager; Cheryl McDonald, transaction manager; and Bob Schneiderman of NAI Merin Hunter Codman Inc. On the Gtech side, Erik Dyson heads a real estate department of seven people.
