Campau Square Plaza is a 12-story, 200,000-sf class A office tower, for which CB Richard Ellis serves as the exclusive leasing and management agent. "As our presence in West Michigan grows we feel it's a natural move to relocate our Grand Rapids office to the heart of the Central Business District," says Van W.
