BAE Systems, a defense contractor formerly known as Alphatech,signed on to expand its offices by 12,620 sf under an agreementthat gives the firm use of the entire 101,641 sf four-story, classA office until the end of 2011. Terms of the lease were notdisclosed.
"They first went into the building a couple years ago and havebeen expanding rapidly," James Boudrot, with NAI Hunneman's Bostonoffice, tells GlobeSt.com. Set on an 80 acre campus near Routes128, 3 and 93, the 1.1-million-sf master planned office park islocated 12 miles from Boston. Amenities include a health club,conference center, cafeteria and full-service bank. Boudrotrepresented the tenant, while Equity was self represented by GregClancy, director of leasing.
