Terms of the lease were not disclosed. Michael Dalton, with Trammell Crow Co.'s Boston office, tells GlobeSt.com that the move gives the firm residency in a class A, four-story building near area highways. "This deal represents a win-win for the landlord and for EasCorp," says Dalton. The recent transaction was one of several that has placed tenants in 110,000 sf of space in the park over the past two quarters.
Dalton, along with Brian Hines, also with Trammell Crow represented EasCorp. Kerry Olson and Rick Graham, also with Trammell Crow represented owner Multi-Employer Property Trust.
