CRANBURY, NJ-Katt Worldwide Logistics LLC has signed a lease for 154,096 sf at 1240 Cranbury South River Rd. here. The third-party logistics company plans to set up a warehouse operation at the one-story industrial facility, which is owned by an investment group.

Katt Worldwide was represented by Charles Fern and Joel Lubin, EVPs and principals of Lee & Klatskin Associates of Teterboro and Edison. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. "The facility provided immediate occupancy, which was a top priority for Katt Worldwide's warehouse purposes," Fern says.

The signing is also one of three industrial leases arranged recently by Lee & Klatskin, accounting for a total of some 238,000 sf of space. In the second, Fern and Lubin represented DePinto Trucking in a 51,890-sf lease at Executive Ave. in Edison, within Heller Industrial's eight million-sf Heller Industrial Park there. The tenant will use the space for the warehousing and trucking of household goods.
