Classic Design is moving in as improvements wrap up at 2201 E. Randol Mill Rd. The firm is making an early exit from 3701 New York Ave., also in Arlington.
"We looked some, but I knew Property Advisers was ready to deal on that space and it fit them well," James Hazard with Henry S. Miller Commercial tells GlobeSt.com. Jason Miller and Jerry Reis with Property Advisers Realty Inc. in Irving represented the building owner, Owen Bros. Enterprises of Irving.
Hazard says a 7,600-sf tech area is being retooled into a showroom. The balance will be used for office and inventory storage.
Industrial space in the Great Southwest Industrial District ranges from $3.66 per sf for office/warehouse product to $8.12 per sf for flex space. The district, one of the hardest hit in recent years, has been slowly rebounding due to aggressive tactics by dealmakers.
