DENVER-East West Partners selected J.E. Dunn Construction Rocky Mountain Region to act as the manager and general contractor for the $64 million condominium high rise in East West Partner's $1 billion-plus Riverfront development in the Central Platte Valley.
East West Partners and Wood Partners are developing the 757,000-sf, 23-story condominium development with two towers from floors eight through 23. The seven-story sculpted podium base sits above one basement level of parking which will accommodate 741 vehicles. The structure will be cast-in-place concrete wrapped in masonry at the podium with a window wall system on the two towers, hence the name "Glass House."
Located on Little Raven Street, the 389 Glass House units will offer a variety of views including Union Station and Downtown Denver to the east and the Rocky Mountains to the west. Designed by The Preston Partnership LLC, the units will feature high-end finishes including granite kitchen and bathroom counter tops and built-in private desks. Community amenities will include ground level retail, a fitness club and a swimming pool and clubroom on the eighth floor. The Glass House is scheduled for completion in December 2006.
