THOROFARE, NJ-Independence Press Inc. has acquired the 45,000-sf industrial building at 1655 Imperial Way in this suburban Philadelphia community. The sale price of $1.7 million factors out to just under $38 per sf.
Binswanger, based just across the river in Philadelphia, arranged the sale. The seller is Aramsco, an environmental supply company that provides homeland security products, asbestos and lead abatement products and spill control and clean-up supplies. Aramsco has been using the building as its headquarters, and will relocate its operations to another local location.
Independence Press, a commercial printer is also relocating its headquarters. Currently based in center city Philadelphia, the company will call 1655 Imperial Way home. The one-story asset includes 7,500 sf of built-out office space.
