The sale price was not released. The buyer was represented by Larry Martin of Grubb & Ellis Co., Fairfield, NJ. The seller was represented by Dave Warner of Resource Realty, Edison, NJ. Located just off I-287, the building's tenants include Innovance Networks and Samsung SDS America. The latter, a Korean-based IT solutions provider, uses the facility as a data center.

The sale was one of three transactions completed recently by Grubb & Ellis brokers, totaling more than 223,000 sf. The other two deals were leases, including the 47,300 sf of industrial space taken by Cho Management at 40 Broad St. in Carlstadt, NJ. The lessor, 40 Broad Street Associates, was represented by G&E's Robert Morris.

Also, the US General Services Administration has taken 16,226 sf at 10 Waterview Blvd. in Parsippany, NJ, with the space to be occupied by the Federal Drug Administration. The lessor, TIAA-CREF, was represented by John Beers and Craig Fitzpatrick of Grubb & Ellis.
