McShane is moving into 2850 E. Camelback Rd. "Right now we have 1,700 sf and we're completely out of space," Alan Gillespie, vice president and head of the local office, tells GlobeSt.com. "We only signed a three-year deal because we're anticipating a lot more growth and hopeful we'll growth out of this space." McShane is moving from 2575 E Camelback Rd.
In the past five years, the Valley office completed $40 million of projects. The roster includes Thunderbird Office Park @ 101, two 75,000-sf, class A office buildings at 14100 N. 83rd Ave. in Peoria and East Gateway Centre, a four-story, 150,000-sf, class A office building for Clear Channel Communications Inc.
