BOC is a Guilford, UK-based conglomerate that produces industrial and other gases, as well as related healthcare, vacuum technology and distribution services. The company has consolidated its various regional operations at Murray Hill, NJ. Asking price for the space was not disclosed; however, direct space within 78 Corporate Center is variously listed on Illva Saronno's website as $24 per sf and "negotiable."

"100 Corporate Dr. is a desirable property in Hunterdon County, and we expect demand to be significant," says Jeffrey Garibaldi. The Garibaldi Group president is handling the assignment on behalf of the BOC Group, which he terms "a long-time client," along with Garibaldi principle Gerald E. Moore Jr. and associate vice president Michael McDonough.

The building, located off I-78 and Route 22, was built in 1987. It includes balconies accessible at all four corners of the third floor and a combination of large open floor plans and private suites.
