IRVINE, CA-Six different owner-users have paid a total of $9.1 million to close on the seven industrial units totaling 46,149 sf at the Irvine Center Technology Park, according to Lee & Associates. The project features one freestanding building and six industrial condominiums.The seven units are located at 73, 75 and 77 Bunsen and 8909, 8929, 8949 and 8889 Irvine Center Dr., close to the Irvine Entertainment Center. All of the sales were lined up before the completion of construction, according to the Lee brokers who represented the seller, Turnberry Associates, in all of the sales. The Lee team included Craig Fitterer, Mark Jerue and Ted Rommel, all from the brokerage firm's Irvine office.Art Deco Decor bought two of the units and was represented by Mike Hartel and Joe Winkelmann of Colliers Seeley International. Other buyers and their brokers were Future Solutions, represented by J.R. Williamson of Nathan Howard Group; West Coast Consulting, represented by Gary Eschenroeder of Meridian Pacific Commercial; Advanced Construction Technologies, represented by John Harty of Trammell Crow; New Destiny, represented by Mark Jerue and Craig Fitterer of Lee & Associates and Ibar Development, represented by Karen Sunday of Karen Sunday Associates.Fitterer notes that at the time of construction, Irvine Center Technology Park was the only small industrial condo project in the Irvine Spectrum area to offer a curb cut onto Irvine Center Drive. The curb cut was one of the features that enabled the project to command top dollar for the units, according to Fitterer.
