PENNSAUKEN, NJ-In a direct user-to-user sale, Allstate Business Archives LLC has acquired the 118,000-sf industrial building at 7800 Browning Rd. in this South Jersey community. The seller was Allied Beverage, which has relocated its regional distribution facility to Mt. Laurel, NJ.
The transaction was arranged by Jim Young of the Philadelphia office of Grubb & Ellis. Sale price and other terms of the deal were not disclosed. Allstate Business Archives, based in Paterson, NJ, is a records management and media vaulting company. The site will be utilized for document storage.
The sale is one of two deals just arranged by Grubb & Ellis in South Jersey. In the other, the engineering firm of Taylor Wiseman & Taylor has leased 25,545 sf of office space at 124 Gaither Dr. in Mt. Laurel, and will utilize the site as its corporate headquarters. Anne Klein of G&E, Philadelphia, represented owner Gateway Park LLC; the tenant was represented by Studley.
