BOLINGBROOK, IL-New Jersey-based BlackRock Realty has beeninvolved in $29 million worth of warehouse deals, buying in WillCounty while selling in DuPage County. The single purchase was a288,000-sf bulk warehouse in Crossroads Business Park, acquired for$14 million from First Industrial Realty Trust.

Offsetting the purchase of the building on 13.1 acres at 335Crossroads Pkwy., BlackRock Realty sold another 201,000 sf ofwarehouse space in Elmhurst and Glendale Heights to Morgan StanleyReal Estate. The trades include a 125,865-sf multi-tenant bulkwarehouse at 847-853 Church Ct. in Elmhurst as well as a 75,210-sfmulti-tenant warehouse at 175-199 Internationale Blvd. in GlendaleHeights' Glen Pointe Business Park.
