Heading the combined units as vice president of operations and servicing, a newly created position, will be Nancy Brown, company officials tell GlobeSt.com. Brown, a 10-year vet of Cendant's Real Estate Franchise Group, where she held a variety of positions, including sales, will be based at Coldwell Banker Commercial headquarters here.
The hirings also include two new regional vice presidents who will run the company's eastern and western divisions. Kyle King, who leaves his role as president of UMFC in St. Louis, will head the company's western division, and will be based in that city.
For the eastern region, the company has hired Jeff Maher. Based in Chicago, Maher comes to Coldwell Banker Commercial Affiliates from Costar Group, where he was regional director for the real estate information services company. "As regional vice presidents, they have been charged with building the brand through acquisitions and affiliations," says George E. Slusser, the company's president and chief operating officer.
Finally, the Coldwell Banker Commercial Affiliates has hired William Pasquale to run the combined units' business development group. Based at the company's headquarters here, Pasquale has spent the past decade working for national real estate firms.
"This restructuring will enhance the organization's client service approach for the more than 4,000 producers across the country," Slusser says. "These additions will allow us to provide more focus in our core areas of service and business development."
