ROCKAWAY, NJ-ToCAD America Inc. has signed a lease for 35,565 sf of space at Central Morris Commons here. Located at 53 Green Pond Rd., the property is a new 54,550-sf industrial/flex complex owned by JLM Rockaway LLC, an affiliate of the Maywood, NJ-based Jos. L. Muscarelle Inc.
ToCAD America Inc., which markets a variety of products through photo and video specialty dealers, national chains and by direct mail, was represented by Randy Eigen, first vice president of CB Richard Ellis, Saddle Brook, NJ. The lease runs for a 10-year term, and with the signing the tenant is expanding and relocating its headquarters operations here from nearby Parsippany, NJ.
Other tenants at Muscarelle's Central Morris Commons are East Coast Security Products, which occupies just over 8,000 sf, and EIC Industry Corp., which has 5,327 sf. The building currently has 5,327 sf available.
