"This will be a major expansion for them," Michael Taylor, with T3 Realty Advisors, tells GlobeSt.com, adding that the company previously occupied several hundred square feet in a shared office environment at 1 Broadway. "We toured the Cambridge market and this fit their budget and was the best opportunity and the building they liked the most." Terms of the lease were not disclosed.
Among the other tenants in the building is biotech giant Genzyme, the UPS Store and Machine Insights LLC. Taylor and Mike Shreve, both vice presidents with T3 Realty Advisors, represented ClearPoint Metrics. Tim Bianchi of Lincoln Property Company represented the owner, One Kendall Square Associates LLC.
