In the Simi Valley transaction, Stuart Scott of the VenturaCounty office of GVA Daum reports that the Kidney Center principalsbought the property through Neptune Holdings II LLC from a privateindividual.

The new Kidney Center Inc. building is situated on approximatelytwo acres at 50 Moreland Rd., where the new owners expect to movein during October following completion of improvements includingexpanding office space from 4,000 sf to 16,000 sf, Scott says.Scott and Kevin Tamura of GVA Daum's Woodland Hills officerepresented the seller.

In the Torrance transaction, MTP Event Service, an event sound,lighting and staging company, has acquired a 19,896-sf headquartersbuilding at 206 W. 140th St. for $1.8 million, according toCourtney Bell in the Torrance office of the Klabin Co. The buildingrepresents a relocation from elsewhere in Torrance and a doublingof MTP's space. Bell and Matt Stringfellow, also in Klabin'sTorrance office, represented the sellers, the Milward Family Trust.Robert An of Heger Realty represented the buyers.
