In the Simi Valley transaction, Stuart Scott of the Ventura County office of GVA Daum reports that the Kidney Center principals bought the property through Neptune Holdings II LLC from a private individual.

The new Kidney Center Inc. building is situated on approximately two acres at 50 Moreland Rd., where the new owners expect to move in during October following completion of improvements including expanding office space from 4,000 sf to 16,000 sf, Scott says. Scott and Kevin Tamura of GVA Daum's Woodland Hills office represented the seller.

In the Torrance transaction, MTP Event Service, an event sound, lighting and staging company, has acquired a 19,896-sf headquarters building at 206 W. 140th St. for $1.8 million, according to Courtney Bell in the Torrance office of the Klabin Co. The building represents a relocation from elsewhere in Torrance and a doubling of MTP's space. Bell and Matt Stringfellow, also in Klabin's Torrance office, represented the sellers, the Milward Family Trust. Robert An of Heger Realty represented the buyers.

In the first of the two Oxnard deals, principals of Vanguard Printing Co. have acquired a 13,965-sf industrial building for relocation and expansion from Ventura, according to Michael Walsh in the Ventura County office of GVA Daum. Walsh reports that two private investors paid just under $1.4 million for the new headquarters, which is at 220 Bernoulli Circle in the Seagate Business Park. Walsh represented both the buyers and the sellers, Hog Abrasives.

In the other Oxnard transaction, Olde Thompson, the world's largest manufacturer of salt and pepper mills, has leased a 43,072 sf industrial facility to serve as a warehouse near its corporate headquarters within the city, according to Mitch Conlee of the Ventura County office of GVA Daum. The new facility for Olde Thompson, which is a division of Leeds Engineering, is at 3051 Camino Del Sol within McInnes Ranch. Conlee represented both Olde Thompson and the property owner, Eleven Seven LLC.
