EAST RUTHEFORD, NJ-Apple Corrugated Box has signed a lease for 91,000 sf of space at 180 Manor Rd. here, representing the entire building. The South Hackensack, NJ-based company will consolidate operations currently in four separate buildings at the Hampshire Cos.-owned building.
The Hackensack, NJ-based NAI James E. Hanson represented both sides in the transaction, the terms of which were not disclosed. The firm's Tom Vetter and Jeff Magistris, both sales associates, represented the Morristown, NJ-based Hampshire Cos. And the firm's senior vice president, Andrew Somple, spoke for Apple Corrugated.
Apple Corrugated's new space consists of a combination of warehouse, distribution and general office space. The company distributes corrugated containers, stretch film and other packaging supplies.
