Plunkett is a past president of the Building Owners and Managers Association, sits on the Executive Circle board, and holds the certified property manager designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management.
Prior to joining Ross, Plunkett was the senior property manager for CMD Realty Investors' Colorado region. Frederick Ross's property management portfolio includes more than eight million sf of office, retail and industrial properties in Denver and Colorado Springs and also includes properties managed in Montana.
