The company will move into the larger suite on the third floor of the project's 1601 Trapelo Rd. building, Mark Roth, executive director of Cushman & Wakefield and the tenant's representative in the lease negotiations, tells GlobeSt.com. Terms of the lease were not disclosed but Roth said space in the two-building project rents in the high $20s per-sf range.
"Constant Contact moved into Reservoir Place in the summer of 2002 knowing they'd need room to expand rapidly without having to search for a new location," says Roth. The email marketing service has grown by more than 70% during those three years, a company official said.
Owned by Boston Properties, the complex, which sits at the juncture of Trapelo Road and Route 128, numbers among its tenants Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Mentor Graphics, Cendant and Hitachi. The transaction was handled for the property owner by Jason Fivek, leasing manager of Boston Properties.
