"They wanted a first class building that was amenity rich," Kerry Olson with Trammell Crow's Boston office, tells GlobeSt.com. Set on a 70 acre campus, the three -building, master-planned, 535,000-sf office park offers a full-service cafeteria, fitness room, shower and locker facilities and outdoor patio seating. Although terms of the lease were not disclosed, Olson says rents generally are in the low $20 per-sf price range.
TSMC North America will join a roster including software supplier Light Bridge and office solution provider Regus Business Centers when it moves from a temporary suite of offices leased from Regus. The move will take place once tenant upgrades are completed on the building, says Olson, who along with Trammel Crow colleague Brian Hines represented owner Multi-Employer Property Trust. Mark Reardon of CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant.
