Keystone has also given the exclusive for the building to Anne Klein, a senior vice president in the Marlton office of Grubb & Ellis. Klein also has the exclusive for 400 Laurel Oak Rd.

What Keystone has in mind for 112 West Park Dr. is upgrading the class C property to class A, according to company officials. The plans include a new facade, window line, roof and parking lot. The building is being marketed to medium to large-size users.

"The building's façade and infrastructure are going to be significantly upgraded," Klein says. "It will be one of the largest contiguous blocks of office space in southern New Jersey."
