EDISON, NJ-York International has signed two leases for a combined total of 28,000 sf of office and industrial space here. Both locations are in assets owned by locally based Federal Business Centers within the 2,350-acre Raritan Center business park.

The tenant, a York, PA-based provider of HVAC products and services, was represented by Mitchell Katz, vice president in the Florham Park, NJ office of Trammell Crow Co., and by Tim Jackson, senior vice president in the firm's Baltimore office. Federal Business Centers was represented in-house by Tony Rispoli. Terms of the signings were not disclosed.

York International's Engineered Systems Group will occupy all of 264 Fernwood Ave., a 14,147-sf building that includes 9,365 sf of office space. The company's Unitary Products Group will take all of 64 Northfield Ave., a 13,647-sf building that includes an office component of 4,393 sf.
