The center is scheduled to open in February or March 2006. Rich D. Morean, corporate real estate and development director for Furniture Row, says that the planning and community development officials in the City of Lone Tree did a good job, as far as ensuring an attractive design. "The new Furniture Row is something we can all be proud of," Morean says.
"Furniture Row is one of the nation's largest furniture retailers," says Tom Faulkner, president of Sofa Mart, Oak Express, Bedroom Expressions, Big Sur Waterbeds and the Furniture Row Centers. He notes they have opened more than 20 furniture shopping centers during the past two years. "But to open this new center right here in our home market makes this one even more special," he says.
