Runge, an Australia-based company that provides mine planning, mine consulting and IT services for the mining industry, recently signed a five-year lease for 10,470 rentable sf at Union Tower, 165 S. Union Blvd. The class A building, owned by KBS Realty Advisors, is a 10-story building with a total of 198,420 sf.

Andrew Piepgras, Andy Ross and Kevin McKinnon of Transwestern represented KBS Realty Advisors in this transaction. Runge execs say the company selected the building because of its efficient floorplates, views of Denver and the mountains, and amenities such as covered parking and a deli in the building. KBS is a real estate management firm that has invested more than $5 billion in more than 57 million sf nationwide.
