Previously Nesterak was managing director at PDC Europe, the European affiliate of Panattoni Development Co. with offices in Brussels, Belgium and London. Prior to Panattoni, Nesterak was vice president of development at Forest City Enterprises, which is developing Stapleton into one of the largest infill developments in the US Nesterak earned his bachelors degree from Cornell University.
